AUTOMATIC CUSTOMISED ASSEMBLY MACHINES

Automation for the medical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics fields is designed and built by A UNO TEC to be used primarily in cleanrooms.
 

A UNO TEC machines have the following strong points and features in common:

  • customization of the design according to customer’s components

  • built-in monitoring and testing systems (pressure, perviousness, flow rate, etc.)

  • possibility to choose among the many assembly techniques experienced (ultrasonic welding, radio frequency welding, solvent dispensing, bonding, winding, fastening, riveting, screw driving, tube cutting, cutting, die cutting, bending, handling soft tubing, etc.)

  • cutting and marking with laser technology of materials and tissues: a tecnique that combines high precision with the possibility of never coming into contact with the material that is processed. Based upon the specifications of the product, blade cutting is also used.

  • repeatability of the dimensional tolerances

  • possibility of excluding the assembly of specific components for a version change

  • PLC with touch-screen operator interface with possibility to interface machine with the LAN and remote machine servicing

  • little routine maintenance required.

Automatic Components + Tubing Assembly Machine

(Subassembly for Blood and Infusion circuits: tube with roller / clamp / spike / connectors / etc.) Productivity from 1.500 up to 3.000 pcs/hour.

Automatic Components + Tubing Assembly Machine, coiled and fastened

(Heparine line, Subassemblies for Blood Lines and Infusion sets, etc.) Productivity from 1.500 up to 1.800 pcs/hour.
