CUTTING: The P17 and R50 series cutting machines are used for cutting acrylic and PVC fabrics with a maximum thickness of 0.8 mm. All the models are equipped with a quick fabric and material gripper.

WELDING: The R01 series welding machines are used for acrylic and PVC fabrics with a maximum thickness of 0.8 mm.

SEWING: The Q16, Q08, and AA10 series sewing units are used for acrylic and PVC fabrics with a maximum thickness of 0.8 mm.

SQUARING & CUTTING: The Q20 and Q21 series pelmet template squaring and cutting machines are used for acrylic and PVC fabrics with a maximum thickness of 0.8 mm. The machines produce a pelmet template with a height between 150 and 400 mm and are equipped with the "Exactor" exclusive viewing system with color video camera to achieve cutting of the template with optimal centering in relation to the design on the material: a computer sets the parameters, creates the new cutting profiles, allows the profile to be viewed before the cut, stores the types of cuts, and connects to the company network.

ACCESSORIES: The range of A UNO TEC products is completed with a series of accessory machines that are used to produce subassemblies and finished products. The machines can be customized on request.


All the units can be customized on request.
A UNO TEC also designs and produces equipment not included in the models listed above
and is available to customize software for computerized production management.


A UNO TEC has introduced the concept of an integrated factory in the sun shielding field.
A computer connected to the internal network can manage production to optimize the production cycle and verify each machine's workload in real time.
